Ancient, Dusky Rivers

A Litany for Worship by Rev. Roy E Bundy

Oh You-Who-Create-Us-By-Your-Thoughts [1], the Ancient Ones [2] knew of your mercy
Your mercy flows like the swift moving waters
Dear-Father [3], Giver of Life and sustainer of the Tidewater people [4]
We have known Your moving waters
Cohansey, Choptank, and Delaware [5]We have known Your moving waters
Indian, Nanticoke, Pocomoke
We have known Your moving waters
Sassafras and Mispillion
We have known Your moving waters
Ancient, dusky rivers, we have known
Ancient, dusky waters we have paddled
Ancient, dusky waters full of life
Ancient, dusky and living waters flow from within us
When we believe in Him who walked upon the waters
The mighty spring of living water will flow from within us (all)
Na ne lekech [6]
Amen
